Please silence your phones, purchase your tickets, grab your popcorn, and take a seat. These are the top five upcoming movies you should watch out for!
Beauty and the Beast is a classic fairytale. And now they’re making a live-action version of the playful Disney movie! Emma Watson (Belle) will finally fulfill her dream of becoming a Princess. This classic story will come to life with a little sprinkle of that Disney magic. It doesn’t matter if you’re in kindergarten or if you’re an adult, this is a film everyone will enjoy. Be our guest… and head to the movie theaters on March 17!
Despicable Me 3: Of course it couldn’t end like that; they had to make a third movie! The amazing family Gru (Steve Carell), Edith (Dana Gaier), Agnes (Elsie Fisher), Margo (Miranda Cosgrove), and Lucy (Kristen Wiig) are back! Grab your minions and go to the movie theatre to see how it all ends on June 30.
The Incredibles 2: “I never look back darling, it distracts me from the now.” If you recognize that quote, you know what you’re about to read, because it’s pretty incredible (*wink*). Who wouldn’t want to see little Jack Jack all grown up? If you are a true Pixar nerd, you will burst with joy to hear The Incredibles is back! This is not your average family; this is a family of superheroes. What happens next? Do they finally get to live a normal life? Find out on June 15, 2018.
Pitch Perfect 3: Last time we saw the Barden Bellas, they were at the stage for the world finals and won! Believe it or not they are making another Pitch Perfect. It might even include Miley Cyrus and Justin Bieber! The filmmakers have decided that Anna Kendrick and Skylar Astin will still be in the next movie. We do not know what it is about yet but we will in a little while; it’s coming Dec. 22!
Rogue One: Get ready young Jedi, another Star Wars movie will come to DVD/Blu-Ray this year! Rogue One, which was released December 16, 2016, has had everyone talking about it. Even our P.E. teacher Mr.Slez had front row seats to the opening show. You can still probably see it in theaters now but you can see it in the comfort of your own home soon.
