Student government elected

In December, six middle school students were elected into the newly created BFMS student government.

Eighth-grader Ethan Muon ran a tight race against several of his classmates, but in the end was elected president. Sixth-grader Khai-ly Tran was voted vice president.

Sixth-graders Ethan Wong and Albert Le were voted treasurer and secretary, respectively.

Sergeant-at-Arms is seventh-grader Luke Wonzen. Eighth-grader Ryan Ong was elected events coordinator.

Eighth-grade teacher Katie Linderme will act as the advisor to the new middle school student government. The government will work to better the school, plan events, and represent the students to the school administration and PTA.
